Welcome to VFD Mastermind
This is a practical, ongoing environment designed to help you build confidence, apply the VFD toolkit, and develop your commercial and technical capability in real situations. You’ll have access to training, mentoring, tools, and a peer group, but the real value comes from how you use them.
To get the most from Mastermind, focus on three things: show up regularly, make use of the available support, and apply what you learn to your own business or client work. Throughout the programme, you’ll be working towards clear objectives and taking consistent steps forward, with support from your Mastermind Liaison and the wider team.
