By the end of the programme, your team will be equipped to deliver a uniquely valuable FD/CFO support service that provides substantially greater value for the end client than the vast majority of virtual or fractional FDs/CFOs are able to provide without your support.

- Pre-Work: Each participant will need to complete pre-training exercises to ensure they are fully prepared and receive maximum benefit from the face-to-face training.
- In-Person Training: Over 4 / 5 days*, attendees will be trained in core aspects of financial management and support. * Financial Admin and Financial Controllers complete 4 days of face-to-face training / coaching, and Finance Directors/CFOs complete a full 5 days.
- Practical Exercises: Post-training, participants will complete assessed exercises, with feedback to ensure a satisfactory minimum level of competence is attained by all participants.
- Ongoing Mentoring: Following the programme, one-on-one feedback and mentoring sessions ensure each team member can apply what they’ve learned to support their FDs efficiently and effectively(Part-Time FD Support - …).
