Revised Report Layout: The reports will be presented in three sections:
- Enhanced Performance and Management Reports
- Business Growth Advisory Models
- Opportunity Exception Reports

- Reports: There are new reports available, specifically the Business Overview report and the Customer Exception reports.
- Delete Function: There is now an option to delete reports from the portal.
- Help Option: You will see there is an option to request HELP added to the Opportunity Exception Reports.
