Why are my reports not available after syncing data?
Reports are not immediately available after synchronising data. It may take 15 to 20 minutes for a large company or at times of peak loading on VFD Pro, it could be as much as 40 minutes before the reports icon goes black indicating reports are ready.
Can we use VFD Pro to compare accounting periods of less than 12 months i.e. quarterly?
The most appropriate report to use to review performance for periods of less than 12 months is the Management Report. Each section of the P&L is analysed in the most recent month, quarter & 12 month period.
The system appears to have locked me out. What should I do?
If the system spots 3 failed logon attempts, it will lock your account for approximately 1 hour. Please contact us providing your IP address & we will unlock the system.
Where do I go to manually update/refresh the data?
Select ‘edit’ next to the client and update the reporting date, then click sync data.
The models will not let me enter/amend data.
Either the cell is protected by the model and you do not need to enter data into this cell to operate the model or you may not have clicked ‘Enable Editing’ when opening the model.
