Marketing Content & Automation

To help you communicate with clients (and prospects) and invite them to sign up there are 12 email templates you can use, these will ideally be built into an automated email marketing campaign.

Post-workshop, delegates will ideally receive an email to repeat the call-to-action, invite the client to book a review meeting, and encourage them to refer whilst also reminding them of the subject of the next meeting with a link to book, if not already booked.

Provided your practice is using Active Campaign* to manage your email marketing we can set this up and test end to end on your behalf.

Note: If you use an alternative system to manage bookings, we will work with you or your nominated supplier to help them set up and test the systems for you.

Event Booking, Confirmation and Reminders

Delegates will need to be able to register, receive confirmation with the option to ‘add to calendar’, and to provide the best possible client experience, will ideally receive reminders with the online meeting link 24 hours before, and 1 hour before each workshop commences.

Provided your practice is using Acuity, Zoom, or Calendly* to manage this process we will undertake to set up all of the meetings, configure the confirmation and reminders, test the system end to end, and provide the required code to your Web Developer to add to your website booking page.
