Transform the way you generate reporting within your VFD Pro portal, tailor your reporting to meet the specific needs of any business, unlocking unparalleled flexibility.

For the majority of businesses, VFD’s standard reporting includes all analysis and commentary required and is perfect straight out of the box. However, for some market sectors or niches, you may wish to amend analysis and reporting to meet more specific requirements.

Along with the ability to download a pre-defined, auto populated PDF report, in parallel you now have the ability to download an Excel version of the same report which means you can use all the power and flexibility of Excel customised as and when you need to.

The possibilities are endless, below are just a few examples of what this new functionality brings.

Customised Commentary and Recommendations

All commentary can now be customised and personalised, which means you can now change everything from induvial words to entire sentences to make it even more relevant to the business.

Amend Presentation of Data

You may prefer a certain style of graph; how conditional formatting is displayed, or even a specific style or font. All these and more can be applied to individual sections or to an entire report.

Remove Sections/Pages

You can refine the reporting output to focus only on the KPIs that are most relevant to the circumstances. You could remove some sections on an individual page or even the entire page.

Don’t forget: If you remove entire pages from a report you will also need to amend the contents page and page numbers accordingly.

Combine Multiple Reports

Quickly and easily combine multiple reports to create a comprehensive and customised Management Pack that is structured to drive the discussion in the direction you and your clients need to be having.

Just open the Excel versions of the reports containing the desired pages, right-click on each worksheet tab and copy them into your workbook, remove any undesired sections or pages and then create a PDF containing the entire customised and combined reporting output.
