Analysing and reporting all the key issues and drivers management need to understand in order to effectively manage revenue, profitability and growth.
The ‘Performance Analysis Report’ is an Enhanced Performance Report generated to provide an accurate overview of overall business performance based on analysis of the last 2 years trading data.
As your clients Accountant / Advisor your role is to help them understand their financial position, likely trajectory and help them improve their decision making to deliver better business outcomes.
This module gives you sufficient knowledge to competently and confidently use the Performance Analysis Report to analyse and understand the underlying trends in your client’s business performance and help your client understand and take action to realise opportunities, reduce risk and enhance shareholder value.
