Business Optics are very friendly, very professional, and instantly make you feel at ease. I've gained a few more clients and I've managed to increase my revenue as a result of working with Business Optics. I met Cliff about a year ago and originally he was one of my clients. Business Optics provide a service that is clear. Cliff's one of those people who comes across introverted but once you get him talking about business or give him a problem to solve you see him open up a bit. I've been working with business consultants and coaches for 13 years so I feel like I've been around the block, but when you see their behaviour and true ethos of how they do it, that's when you understand them, and I come back to Business Optics time after time as you can see that Cliff genuinely loves what he does. My problem in business is that I'm the creative envisioning business magpie and I've always required some grounding, someone to put stuff in place. I'm great at coming up with ideas but, when I met Cliff the company looked great from the outside but was a shambles as I kept coming up with new things but then not doing the framework to back it up. I just needed someone to come in and sort out the nuts and bolts and save my staff from me saying "just figure it out". When I get new staff members now I just give them Cliff's operating procedures. It's been great working with him. He's our go to consultant when people need a bit more hands on help and strategy in their business. He's great at coming up with those systems that a lot of us creatives need. He has a very strong approach to thinking of new ways of doing things.

It differentiates itself from any other programs that profess to deliver the same benefits; It's different in the level of detail that they go into to back up any statements or values of the company. They do so much more than just value things. What they generally do is say "this is the value now. What do you want the value to be?" and they have very clearly defined steps to get that company seller into that position, based on factual information and not the usual guesswork that is applied by most people. Anyone who thinks that they see a business opportunity in that type of work, be it helping people find a company they need valued as they want to buy it, or selling a company and wanting to justify the selling price, without a doubt the Company Trader Programme will give them factual, and accurate, information to allow everyone to understand the value. We're now running a workshop, twice next week, where Business Optics are going to speak to clients, prospects, and accountants in Northern Ireland and England for us. That's how much we like it; we've created, with Business Optics, an entire workshop programme. The communication with Business Optics has been first rate; we have a conversation, a very clear dialogue, and it's then always backed up by an email saying "This is what we understand form the last conversation, this is what has to be done, this is who will be doing what, and when we're going to reconvene with another zoom call".
I would have no trouble at all recommending this to senior accountants and I know they would say that it was worth getting involved with. They're on the ball and every statement they back up with detail and information.

The service Business Optics provides is personal; I know it comes from a place of experience. It's given to me in way that I can understand. It's usually really good information, and it's usually correct. Working with Business Optics has benefited us massively, from when I was starting up my business and I knew very little; it helped me to avoid lots of pitfalls and set me on the right track, right through to problems that I've had dealing with my competition, or in things like tax. All those things that you then progress into when you get out of start up mode and become established. You get a whole different set of problems which Business Optics are able to advise on.
