All personnel involved in the pilot are typically trained to deploy the Compliance+ Strategy to both increase fee income and upsell higher value services whilst two or three Client Managers from each office go on to be trained to deliver the full suite Financial Advisory solutions; Management Reporting and Review, Growth Planning, Forecasting and part-time FD / CFO, and Exit Planning and related support activities.

Regional Multi-Office

In most cases the project is championed by one of the Partners working with a team of Client Managers who are keen to deliver greater value for clients by taking a more proactive role supporting their financial management and controls.

Most if not all staff are typically trained to deploy the Compliance+ Strategy to increase fee income across the firm, whist a select group of the more experienced Client Managers are also given training and responsibility for presenting and delivering the more lucrative Financial Advisory solutions; Management Reporting and Review, Growth Planning, Forecasting and part-time FD / CFO.

The practice owner is typically the driving force, working with a handful of Client Managers to deliver greater value in a way that is scalable and not depending on them to achieve growth.

In most cases all Client Managers are trained and deploy the Compliance+ Strategy to increase fee income whilst the practice owner and perhaps one or two Client Managers also receiving training and support to selectively upsell and deliver Financial Advisory solutions; Management Reporting and Review, Growth Planning, Forecasting and part-time FD / CFO.
